About Lucky's Legacy Standards

  First of all, we are a small family breeder, not a kennel.  We used to own a kennel, it was a 10x20' collapsible kennel that we used when the pups were being housebroken.  We happily dismantled it and incorporated the panels into our large outdoor pen to create a separate space for puppies. 

Our dogs are family members, period. We breed them because they are high quality poodles; good-natured, athletic, intelligent, healthy and physically superior with excellent temperaments. We made the decision to breed to perpetuate these qualities so that others could have the same poodle experience that we have been blessed with. 

We are all about our Standard Poodles and the pure joy, and unlimited fun, they add to our lives, and perhaps yours.  Whether they are playing fetch, going on a hike or just chilling out by your side, nothing makes a standard poodle happier than being with it's person. (Or it's people).  To that end, we are rather selective in our placement process, and we offer lifetime support to our fur-families, always open to answering questions, giving advice or recommending a professional. We also love getting updates and even are open  babysitting or boarding if the need arises.
